Following the current UK Government guidance, please be advised of the following:

 

• Patients attending a face-to-face consultation need to ensure they attend on their own– family members need to remain at home or in the car

 

• Where possible, all face-to-face follow-up appointments will be converted to a telephone follow-up appointment.

• At present, One Health is functioning as normal and accepting new referrals, but patients who are over 70 years old with comorbidities will be contacted directly to discuss their options.
